Now looking for the chicest bed-to-day blanket to wear 24/7

I'm always in proposition for the year of the llama - but I would be welcoming for Ostriches as well.

Nicholas Kirkwood Black & White + Black & White Ice

Favorite shows thus far Helmut Lang (camel, white, vibrant red, turtlenecks, really fun bobbles) and Rag & Bone (oversized gingham, shearling mules, vibrant red, really fun shaggy fringe) Also I've been obsessively pinning my favorite lewks here.

It all started when I was reminiscing on when my mother forced braces upon me, eliminating the trendy before trendy gap in between my two front teeth. In all seriousness if I still had the gap, would I be Tumblr famous, or a really peculiar barista on the LES, or bobbin' my head to Atomic Kitten down Crosby? Not to say that I don't bob to Atomic Kitten sans gap but that's really beside the point. Theres just something so sporty chic, slightly grungy with the accompanying messy hair + gap that reads cooler than cool without trying to be cooler than cool. Like they just woke up like that.

I'm sure you know how much I love potatoes, in any form including chips, but I'm referencing another kind of Ruffle. I'm blaming my ruffle fixation on the sole fact that I've never taken a dance class, and have thus spent a long time cultivating a void for anything that remotely resembles a socially acceptable tutu. Call me crazy but theres no feeling, quite as jubilant, as yards of fluttering fabric flouncing at your every step. Sure minimalism is in, but the feeling that you and your mane cannot be tamed, will always be so much better. Just watch out for the subway grates. Heres another idea I'll purpose to you: wearing ruffles while eating ruffles so meta.

Theres no denying per grungy plaids, crop tops, knee high socks, and dainty florals the 90's have been revived. While we can't go a full day without seeing shredded tights or a bulky jacket casually tied around ones waist usually in junction with combat boots and a scowl or smize; whats better than reliving the 90's than actually revisiting the 90's via 90's editorials?

This is the real reason we want black and white brogues.

Such natural poses.

How I felt upon finding all these photos.

Could this be the inspo for that infamous Zara skort?

Fall 2013?
Bringing back memories form 3rd grade picture day when I wore a matching leopard + fringe sequin outfit + leopard platform sandals.

This gives 'Ain't Laurent without Yves' meaning, because this is too good, too good.

Phoebe Philo? Celine? Is that you?

So if like me, you're avoiding the real world/25 degree temperatures, go spend your day sifting through decades of editorials - you can thank me later.
