Theres no denying per grungy plaids, crop tops, knee high socks, and dainty florals the 90's have been revived. While we can't go a full day without seeing shredded tights or a bulky jacket casually tied around ones waist usually in junction with combat boots and a scowl or smize; whats better than reliving the 90's than actually revisiting the 90's via 90's editorials?
